Please note that online booking requires you to place a credit card on your account to reserve your appointment. This will not be charged when entering your card and is only in place should we need to enforce our cancellation policy. BY BOOKING ONLINE YOU AGREE TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, which is as follows:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved specifically for you and no one else. No-shows, late cancellations and late reschedules cause a significant impact on our small business and our staff.
Out of respect for our providers, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or a rescheduling of an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before an appointment you will incur a fee (see below).

1 Hour Massage or Facial $50
90 Minute Massage or Facial $75
2 Hour Massage $100
Community Acupuncture Appointment $20

Private Acupuncture, One-On-One, with Kendra Lay
PLEASE NOTE: You must schedule a New Patient Evaluation and Treatment even if you are an established community acupuncture patient. This allows us to properly assess and treat you.
This service is delivered in a private room which allows for more privacy and customization of the treatment. Orthopedic acupuncture (also called dry needling), where needles are inserted into specific painful areas allowing for the release of trigger and motor points can also be utilized if required. Treatment may include other complementary therapies such as cupping, electro-acupuncture, bodywork and nutrition/herbal recommendations (as needed).

Community (Group) Acupuncture - Ronnie Yocham - The Bow Acupuncture
Community Acupuncture is delivered in a group setting and addresses a wide variety of health concerns. Payment is on a sliding scale from $25-60, with a first time new-patient intake fee of $25. If you have been in before for an appointment, but haven't been in for 2 or more years, you will need to pay a re-establishment fee of $25 so that we can properly evaluate and treat you.

The Classic Massage - $80/Hr New Client Intro Offer
A full-body relaxation massage experience. Relaxation massage is also known as Swedish massage, and it uses long, smooth strokes to relax the body. You can upgrade to hot towels, hot stones & aromatherapy for no additional charge. This service is perfect for stress relief and nervous system calming with light to light-medium pressure. For focused work on releasing muscle tension, choose the Advanced Massage.

Our Advanced Massages is a customized bodywork session for targeted stress & localized pain relief. The following advanced modalities may be used in your session: relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hot stones, cupping therapy, reflexology and clinical/neuromuscular massage.

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage - New Client Offers Available
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It can be used for relaxation and general tension relief (The Classic Massage is appropriate for this) or relief of musculoskeletal pain (The Advanced Massage is the best fit for this). A postnatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the new mom as her body just went through the journey of birth.
Advanced Reiki + Massage - $90/Hr New Client Offer
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing on a mind-body-spirit level. It is administered by a trained therapist and is centered on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low or imbalanced, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Full Body Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy is a process of emitting light wavelengths through the skin to stimulate your body's natural healing and regeneration processes. Please bring protective goggles or dark sunglasses to your session, we also have protective eyewear you can borrow.
